Redeveloped 522,000 square foot office building in Manhattan’s financial district. After purchasing the property in 1995, Witkoff undertook a large capital expenditure program and completed the conversion securing Goldman Sachs as a long-term tenant in just nine months. Subsequently, Goldman Sachs vacated after building a new corporate headquarters, and Witkoff redeveloped the building into a 493-unit Class A rental building which was sold to UDR, one of the largest national multifamily REITs.
