55 Wall Street

Redeveloped a 9-Story, 101-unit luxury Cipriani-branded residence and retail property including a private club and restaurant in Manhattan’s financial district. This building was originally constructed as the US Customs House and prior to the conversion was The Regency Hotel. After purchasing the building in 2005, Witkoff achieved the highest relative value per square foot in the financial district with the redevelopment of one of Manhattan’s most important historical landmarks.
